REPORTING A CONCERN ABOUT AN INDIVIDUAL TO THE CARE TEAM

To report a concern about a member of the University Community to the CARE Team, please submit a referral through utahtech.edu/report-a-concern and include a brief narrative of the individual’s concerning behavior. If you are concerned about an individual demonstrating any distressing or disruptive behavior, please explain your concern in detail.
